Oral presentations and e-posters
The AMME-bio 2024 Conference organisers decide if a given abstract will be presented as an oral presentation or an e-poster, considering, among others, the Authors’ wishes, the submission of the multimedia presentation on time, and the content-related level. It does not refer to the invited lectures, which are always oral presentations.
Presentation time limit
The general time limits for presentations are as follows:
- opening lecture – 15 minutes,
- award holders’ lectures – 15 minutes,
- plenary lectures – 10 minutes,
- invited lectures – 10 minutes,
- general lectures – 10 minutes.
They can be changed by the Organising Committee. Discussions will follow all presentations in a session within its time span.
Multimedia presentations (obligatory for oral presenters)
They should be prepared according to the presentation template and submitted online via MY ACCOUNT at the bookmark “Multimedia Presentation” no later than 15th May 2024 to properly prepare a given presentation and ensure an efficient course of sessions.
E-poster presentations
The e-poster should be prepared according to the template in the appropriate colour (claret – academic staff, blue – PhD students, green – BSC/MSc students) and submitted online via MY ACCOUNT at the bookmark “E-poster presentation” but no later than 15th May 2024. On the poster, there should be written a paper title, initials, and surnames of the authors, along with their affiliation and country. A one-minute summary should be presented during the e-poster session.
